Chorale Evensong
The Choristers of St. James' Episcopal Church presents a Chorale Evensong Last Sunday after the Epiphany February 26, 2006 Voluntaries at 4:45pm Evensong and Reception to follow Evensong will appeal to the spirituality of adults and all those who fully appreciate this Anglican tradition. You are invited to attend and participate in a solemn Evensong the last Sunday after the Epiphany, February 26, 2006. Father Paul Jeanes and the combined choir of St. James' will lead the Evening Office with full ceremonial, including procession, chant, sung canticles, and incense. Guest musicians, Samuel Hodges, Geoffrey Hobin, and Jane Halliday will offer a musical prelude. Violinist Jane Halliday, Percussionist David Hoback, and Organist Dale Golden will provide accompaniments during Evensong.
